A Pleasurable Experience
Farah is a warm, gentle Hygienist. Her work was very professional and thorough. She explained her work as she went along and made me feel comfortable and informed. Farah made my hygiene visit from something I don’t usually look forward to, to a pleasurable experience. I thank her for that.

Wisdom Teeth
When it came time to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out, I was a wreck. I went in to the Yorkdale offices to sit with Dr. Jim. He was great! He answered all of my questions, explained the entire procedure… all with patience and a smile.
The procedure was painless and Dr. Jim talked to me through it the entire time. I am grateful to have met the excellent staff at Yorkdale and my new friend Dr. Jim!

Going to the dentist can be a scary situation, but the people at Brockington Dental Office use every opportunity to make your visit as relaxing as possible.

I had a consultation with Dr Suzanne Baptista as I wanted to know how much it would cost to have my badly discoloured, spaced out and worn down teeth capped. I was told the cost and the procedure. I was then told to think about it and get in touch whenever I decided to go ahead.
I felt good as I was not forced into anything. I gave it thought and made an appointment and started the procedure. I am still astounded at the results. I look 10 years younger. I have no gaps and my teeth are white and can now smile without feeling embarrassed.
It was the best decision I ever made and I would have got my teeth capped sooner, but I did not know that my dental plan would pay towards part of the procedure. I did not find this out until I went to see Dr Suzanne. I would recommend anyone that is thinking of having their teeth capped, to make an appointment with her.
